Damien has spent 20+ years working inside operational technology environments across energy, water, and resources. He founded Implicit OT to bring genuine OT engineering expertise to cyber security, work that’s grounded in how control systems actually operate, not adapted from IT playbooks.
Josh is a senior technology project manager with deep experience delivering complex OT and infrastructure programmes across critical sectors. He brings the operational discipline to move security engagements from assessment to implementation on time, without disrupting the environments they’re designed to protect.
Jay is a cybersecurity engineer with hands-on experience securing operational technology environments across energy, transportation, and critical infrastructure. He works at the technical depth that OT demands, from network architecture and control system hardening through to assurance testing and compliance.
Most of our careers have been spent designing, delivering, and operating complex building and transport control systems end-to-end, from concept and design through vendor coordination, integration, commissioning, and long-term operations support. We’ve lived the entire lifecycle.
That experience means we understand the realities of brownfield sites, staging works around live operations, dealing with multiple stakeholders, and making changes without risking safety or uptime. When we talk about securing OT, we’re not talking in theory, we’ve been the people responsible for keeping systems running.
