About Implicit OT
Implicit OT Pty Ltd (ABN 71 683 125 751) (“Implicit OT”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an Australian cybersecurity consultancy specialising in operational technology (OT) security. We are registered in New South Wales, Australia.
Our website at implicitot.com (including any associated domains such as implicitot.com.au) (“Site”) provides information about our services, team, and areas of expertise. It does not host a client portal, user accounts, e‑commerce, or subscription services. Service engagements are conducted under separate contractual arrangements with individual clients.
Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.
These Terms do not modify or replace any separate written contract between Implicit OT and its clients. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement prevails for that engagement.
We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Site content and permitted use
The Site provides general information about Implicit OT’s services, team, case studies, insights, and contact details. It may also include:

- Frame or mirror any part of the Site without our express written consent
